Bezhoek Private Nature Reserve has several historical structures, initiation sites, graves and well preserved rock art panels. Unfortunately the rock art is protected and is not accessible at present.

Bezhoek Private Nature Reserve is home to a myriad of wildlife species.
Sable, Kudu, eland, giraffe, bushbuck, springbok, impala and wildebeest, red hartebeest, klipspringer are just some of the wildlife which roam freely on 4500 hectares as well as leopard, hyena, aardwolf, honey badger and serval.
Sightings of the giant bull frog and African python, whilst scarce and infrequent, have been reported and – along with the over 1000 head of game roaming the reserve – make every game drive one to look forward to.
